PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
A Think Tank initiative was conducted where multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatology, transplant, infectious disease, and key community-based clinicians came together as a group to discuss important concepts in managing MS, shared and unique pathophysiologic pathways between MS and other autoimmune disease, and issues that clinicians face as they strive to provide the best care possible for their patients with MS. This Clinical Dialogue program, focusing on the autoimmune basis of MS and other diseases, pathways for therapeutic intervention, and the clinical implications of long-term immunosuppression is the outcome of this in-depth, intensive, and cooperative engagement.
