A 49-year-old woman with a history of psoriasis is referred to your office. She developed psoriasis at the age of 5. After a trial with etanercept to treat her psoriasis, she develops Hodgkin’s disease. This case discusses the relationships among psoriasis, Hodgkin’s lymphoma, and anti-tumor necrosis factor therapy.
