PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
While outcomes have improved in other cardiovascular diseases, success has been limited in heart failure (HF) prevention and management, with significant variability in outcomes among national regions, gender, and communities of color. To address the 75% of chronic HF patients who do not receive optimal doses of guideline-recommended drugs, the American College of Cardiology and Haymarket Medical Education have joined forces to provide an expert faculty–guided, case-based approach to changing HF outcomes through optimal medical therapy.
