Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic, progressive disease with a complicated diagnostic procedure. The challenge of IPF treatments highlights the importance of the multidisciplinary nature of this condition, stressing the need for a collaboration between many healthcare professionals involved in the care of patients with IPF. Our expert panel will provide healthcare professionals with knowledge about IPF, the diagnostic process, guideline and evidence-based individualized treatment plans, and the importance of a multidisciplinary, patient-centered approach to improve the quality of life for patients with IPF.
