PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
This session will provide a history of the development of pediatric pharmacotherapeutics. Cases from history with unintentional bad outcomes from pediatric prescribing will be discussed. Strategies to prevent common pediatric errors will be reviewed. Last, new indications and medications approved to treat children will be discussed.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
